Following the release of Crossways, pianist Greg Ryan once again approached me to help create some promotional material for the album.
Following the release of the Science of Animals videos on my YouTube channel, Greg was keen to create something along similar lines for his newly released classical album.
I wrote five fictional stories based around the creation of Crossways and Greg's musical abilities.
I then recorded footage of the creation of five illustrations, one for each story.
Two are shown above; the others remain top secret!
We combined the time lapse video with my own narration and one of Greg's tracks from the album to produce five short "advertisements" for Crossways.
The first of the videos is shown below, and the rest are due to be released on Greg's YouTube channel in the coming months.
